Experience : 3 - 8 Yrs Candidate must have hands on all types of chinese dishes

Job Profile :

  • To cook the dishes as per the specification,  Under the guidelines of the superiors carry out the daily mis-en place,  is responsible for preparing the daily orders in the kitchen & carries out the day to day functions in the Kitchen    
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared & presented to the customers as per the specifications.    
  • Ensure the overall cleanliness and the health and safety aspects of the kitchen are maintained at all times.    
  • Good cooking ability .    
  • Good presentation    
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene

2 ) Post : TANDOOR COMMI I & III

Experience : Experience : 3 - 8 Yrs Candidate must have hands on all types of Tandoor dishes

Job Profile :

4 ) Post : HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE

Experience : 8-12 Yrs Experience in Housekeeping department. Should be handled team of 15.

Job Profile :

  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.  
  • Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.    
  • Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.    
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.     
  • Organize inventories with Accounts and General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.    
  • Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.    
  • Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures    
  • Prepare reports for management information.    
  • Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.    
  • Plan, control and supervise Horticultural activities.    
  • Attending and resolving guest complaints.    
  • Verification of supplies consignments.    
  • Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.    
  • Approval of the Functional Manual of the department.    
  • Recommend recruitment of new personnel.    
  • Daily inspection of public areas and employees locker rooms.    
  • Daily briefing of Supervisors/ Executives.    
  • Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public area with maintenance department.    
  • Immediately attending to guest requests.

5 ) Post : Trainee Steward/ Steward/Captain

Experience : 1-6 yrs Experience in same field

Job Profile :

  • Suggests food and beverages ~ to be well versed with the menu, method of preparation and accompaniments.    
  • Cleans and polishes Glassware, China ware, hollowware and flatware.    
  • Maintains cleanliness and mise-en-place level at working station and service pantry for smooth operation.    
  • Replenishes supply of linen and other Operating equipment.    
  • Obtains requested items from the storeroom.    
  • Keeps general appearance and maintenance of Restaurant working areas.    
  • Follows correct sequence of service outlined in the Standard Operating Manual.    
  • Sets up tables in accordance with Restaurant policy.    
  • Cleans and removes dishes from the table after service is completed.    
  • Transports soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen and depositing them in proper placing at the Steward area.    
  • Cleans all spillage during mealtime and at closing.    
  • Maintains excellent grooming standard at all times.
