- All the guest must produce a recognized photo ID proof while check in.
- Guest must keep their valuable in safe locker. At any circumstances hotel is not liable for the guest valuables though the Hotel is under CCTV camera surveillance.
- Outside food and beverage is not allowed inside the Hotel.
- All additional services are charged accordingly to the event Host.
- Playing any sort of music and holding event has to be prior intimated and approved by the Hotel management.
- Early Check in between 5 – 8 am the rooms have to be blocked from previous day which would be considered as one night tariff.
- Check-in time 12.00 Hrs and Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs after which half day tariff would be applicable till 18.00 Hrs after which it would be considered as full day tariff.
- More than 3 people stay in the room will not allowed at any given time.
- Child below 8 years complementary, on and above extra bed charges will be applicable even though the extra bed not used.
- Limited parking is available in the premises; additional parking space will be outside the Hotel. However all parking are at the car owner risk & responsibility.
- The client will be sole responsible for any damages in the property intentionally or unintentionally, directly or indirectly by his guest. The management reserves the final authority to decide the charges in occurrence to the damages of the property and goodwill. The client agrees to compensate the same irrespective of amount.
- The client must seek written permission from the Hotel management before hiring any outside vendors.
- One room key will be allotted per room. Ensure all room keys are deposited while checking out. Loss of room key will be charged @ Rs.250/- to the guest.
CANCELLATION & RETENTION POLICY:
- If the booking is cancelled/postpone/number of rooms reduced before 02 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the estimated amount would be charged as retention.
- If the booking is cancelled/postpone/number of rooms reduced before 01 days from the date of arrival or any no-show, the entire estimated amount would be charged as 100% retention.
